Ok, trying to settle a long debate with a coworker. Which is better: AMEX platinum or Chase Sapphire Reserve?

Starting to get into investing and generally a pretty risk averse person so not out here trying to make fast money. What mediums do people generally use to invest? Think I’m too easily stressed to pick individual stocks, but happy to take suggestions for platforms for both. TIA!
