Ok, what's the secret to getting real feedback? I'm no therapist to be able to pry out exactly the thoughts and feelings behind a client's " let's punch it up" or "it's missing some oomph". It's really hard to go back with better work when you haven't gotten a single piece of actual feedback.

I have a query. Offer agreement states that termination can be initiated from either party by giving 3 months prior notice or equivalent pay. I want to know if the company can force me for an early release. Is it authentic to do that Or I should ask for 3 months complete notice period or equivalent pay.?

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

How tough is it to make the jump from SMB SAAS to Mid-market type roles? I’ve been annihilating my quota in my current role for the past 18 months, but on pretty small deal sizes.
