Do small law firms have paralegal managers?
Recently I received an offer from ZS as a senior test engineer. I posted in fishbowl to get suggestions whether to join or not. The majority of the people told me not to join ZS very few told me to join. Is ZS that bad?

You were offered 82.5 and then didn't make it?... I'm not sure we have the same definition for the word "offered"...
Broad
You’d likely be brought on as a senior consultant, which is in the 92-100 range typically (plus sign-on bonus)
No true OW would treat numbers or the pedantic truth with such cavalier disregard. Looks like the best outcome for everyone
Minimum wage to millions
I was offered 82.5k starting (out of ugrad). Unfortunately I didnt make it and had to settle for pwc :((((
Entry (consultant) is indeed 82.5 out of undergraduate
82.5 base, 10k signing bonus, 10-25% bonus
OW a great information and thanks for sharing! I’m sure everyone here appreciates it. What’s the range for an experienced consultant (approx 7 years), masters degree? Does Oliver Wyman use case interviews or another style?
OW is a very decentralised firm with a lot of individual freedom and that applies in recruiting too. So it heavily depends who interviews you, especially for experienced hires. Effectively the Partners and Consultants are given that time to work out if they think you should be hired and it is largely left to them to work out how to reach that conclusion. More controlled at grad level.
So what’s the range OW?
What would be the comp for someone moving from big 4 with 2 years experience? Currently being recruited
So the interview style is dependent on the recruiter or team?
