Steve Howe's email is literally straight bullshit. "stay focus on becoming more profitable and limit expenses" give me a break bro. We all know they won't be great. Fb is crawling with Deloitte posts on layoffs but EY just had roughly a 10 percent head count reduction in advisory over the past few months. I know 6 people in SC chi that we laid off SM through senior.

Rising Senior 1s don't. Those completing Senior 1 year do.
Senior 1s going into their Senior 2 year do. Staff 2s becoming Seniors do not (they do get a promo bonus, though)

Vision 2020 is not attainable unless we make a big purchase. Like a really big purchase because currently certain segments like FSO need to double revenue by 2020

There's no way we are making that $50 B target
^+1 and not realizing that sales in one area cannibalize/impose on making sales in another. Especially with all these mergers too. Yes more work in the short term but more channel 1 channel 2 bullshit.
It wasn't a particularly good year, because our targets were too high and we are going thru some pains between aggressive goals vs conservative culture.
We need to move Ch2 to repeatable revenue. That means actually building shit and moving from T&M to value-add billing. Yet, no way in hell QRM will let us do that.
