Hello Friends Am working in Presales for past 3 years. Overall 4+years exp. Got offers from pwc n Grant thorton. Pwc offered 9.3 Lpa fixed with other benefits. Grant Thorton 9.75 Lpa Fixed. Pwc one is US shift (6pm-3Am) while GT one is day shift(11Am - 8PM). Considering more ctc n day shift in GT over night shift in PWC. Is it good decision to drop the big 4? PwC Grant Thornton

Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). I would say max we could do is 1.5 weeks but adding on 3-5 more days seems almost too much? Thoughts? It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better.
