Medical, PTO and the like are all standard and pretty good (medical doesn't cover some of the things the best employers cover these days like IVF/egg freezing), although there are variations agency to agency. My biggest gripe about our benefits is Omnicom's 401k, which has a paltry match, restrictive terms and is entirely discretionary; it's the worst I've ever had, including many years ago when I worked at Omnicom and the plan was different.
Thank you!

It’s average. All holding companies basically offer the same shit.
Freelancing for them was clutch. They have a massive network and will pass your name on to others if you do well. They pay very well and treated me like one of the team. But it was too boring for me and I went back to consumer...
Ugh. But the money was so good.
I did contract work for Patients & Purpose and Entreé Health for a little over a year between the two gigs. Was considering joining Omnicom’s full-time freelance network, (I forget what it’s called, but you basically become a FT employee and rotate between different agencies based on need) but ended up getting another job offer outside of Pharma.
'Oooooh baby I like it raw, yah baby I like it raw'
RIP ODB
You’re definitely gonna need that medical and PTO if you’re taking it raw

Big hullabaloo recently about finally improving mat/pat leave but it's still barely tablestakes imo. Via the grapevine new parents learn they can negotiate much more favorable staggered return to work opportunities at the team level
