I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? Do vendors provide the agency with a pre-pro book prior to the shoot if it’s a simple drop kit, taking head?

Not sure if there’s a need for it since it’s not a complicated shoot (single cam, direct shot to talent answering questions) but wanted to get a sense. Client wants a meeting the day before the shoot to talk about the production (which we have done a few times already), so not sure if it makes sense to have a formal PPB for this meeting. Thoughts?
