On Prosper, my year 5 total compensation (in 2022) will drop massively because my Noogler grant will have fully vested. Also because equity now makes up about 60% of my total compensation. Annual refreshes barely make up for it. What can I do? It seems to me that I have to look for another job in 2022.

I recently learned from 3 different employees that left (voluntarily) they were making 98-105k. They were outside candidates and were all hired within the last year and for the same position, and same regional territory. I have worked for the company 3+ years and went from a core position, to large loss. I was given a 10k raise putting me around 78k. Here are my observations about the skills and experiences that PMs have and how people are joining that group.

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?

Should all the on-site interviews have a feedback of "hire/ strong hire" in order to proceed to HC?
