I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically. I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025. Is there any risk of travel king out of country multiple times on H1B before 485 approval?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
