Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?

Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?

For diet reasons, I don't drink alcohol. But I drink sodas occasionally. Like at company happy hours, etc. From a health perspective, is this kind of hypocritical? I think they are both nutritionally near 0 value. I do enjoy the taste of soda more than alcohol. But I can't help but feel like if I'm willing to drink sodas, a beer or two a week shouldn't be much different. If anything, it's lower calorie per can lol.
