Few questions about #Nagarro. 1) Salary structure with least Employer Pf contribution? is it same least amount from employee contribution as well ? can we increase it ? 2) What is allocation bonus ? typically 5 percent it is of total CTC. 3) How much is insurance policy and term policy in Nagarro. Does insurance policy includes employees and parents by default for unmarried? 4) Does it has car lease program.
I have a principal PM offer at a Series C startup for $260k total comp + $150k in stock over 4 years and start in 8 weeks. Part of me want to stop interviewing (I had 4 offers) but part thinks I should continue to see if I get a higher offer. How many of you continue to interview even after you accept?
As a tax manager how do you stop feeling like a factory worker on the line churning out tax returns? I’m outgoing and do not like being in the weeds…stayed in public accounting thinking making manager would get me to more of a sales/client relationship position but nothing changed since I was the main client contact as a senior and now have no one to delegate to.
Is 2080 billable hours a year standard for small firms. About 70k/year salary? Just wondering if this is strange

PwC fishes, I have just been offered for a SM role in Advisory, Financial services. Can anyone tell me how often you will have to visit client offices and is it worth staying closer to airport instead of More London ? Or, is it feasible to commute from a place like Cambridge to offset expensive London home rentals! I have loads of questions but this is the top priority.
Considering a mini pivot from growth/performance marketing to a product marketing role and hoping for a gut check from those who have done both. I'm trying to move away from the transactional culture of growth marketing, which feels like a numbers game. I'm also intrigued by product management and user research, but not ready to invest in that bigger leap, so product marketing seems like a half-step to get more exposure to those teams. Am I on the right track here? Any advice on the transition?
Looking for a referral for Android developer roles. Total yoe: 2.7. Experienced in developing Android applications using kotlin. Familiar with dagger-hilt, coroutines, retrofit, MVVM architecture. Thanks
How does one transition from big 4 to T2 (like Kearney, LEK, OW etc). I’ve been at EY for a few months now but my project has been nothing but staff aug and a vague technology transformation project for a bank. I was really interested in the strategy work in my undergrad and choose to go the consulting route instead of IB because I wanted to help clients make decisions and it seems like I can mainly get it at T2 firms. Would love some advice on how to get this transition started
I'm interviewing for a operations associate principal role at via this week and was wondering if anyone would be able to shed some light on what typical comp looks like? Thanks!
Current non-technical BA, entering a scrum master role. Have < a month to get PSM certified & will take tech courses to go above and beyond. Can anyone recommend tech topics to learn, & to what depth?
I have just over 2 years experience in consulting, I am focussed on FS clients but still a generalist for the most part and I’m not truly enjoying consulting. I would like to be client facing with a good work/like balance, and so have looked at roles such as customer success or account executive. However, I’m wondering what other types of roles could work for me? (I realise there are so many options but I just have no idea and so don’t know what to look for!) Would appreciate any and all ideas!
1st day on new project and I get upgraded for the 1st time. Is it bad to get a morning mimosa? Good or bad sign that I'm already drinking?
Can someone refer me or connect me with campus recruiting team at Deloitte for a strategy analyst role?
Experienced hire Manager here, informed before Christmas that I’ll be taking another lap but not because of performance (5/5 on scats and all operating at next level) or metrics (22mm in MR) but the only reason is I need more time in the “saddle”… During this time, I’ve been replying to recruiters and after a PPMD interview last week, I was offered an SM role at a smaller firm with a base pay increase of 45% (225k) over my current salary. Very much considering this… thoughts?
Do you guys at BCG think it would be a smart decision to make a lateral move to PL from Big 4? Have great network and support at current company. The MBB brand, 20k increase in TC, and potential better exit opportunities would be reasons to move. Worried about the challenges of starting from scratch at BCG, proving myself as IC in first few projects, and probably a worse WLB. Would love any insights TIA!
How do you actually pass the Oracle Certification exams? The training videos are, let’s be honest, complete garbage. Is there some studying resource I’m missing?

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change. Anyone having the same problem? What have you done to help yourself cope with the culture?

We both have baby fever and feel ready to grow our family but I’m nervous that having one too early could impact my career growth... Any advice from moms who had babies around 27 or those who decided to wait? Would you have done it differently??
