Our facility's on-call rate hasn't been adjusted since 2015. We are literally getting paid $3/hour to stay trapped at home by our phones. If I get called in, the time-and-a-half is great, but the mental tax of spending my entire weekend in limbo without being able to leave a 20-minute radius deserves real compensation. What is the current going rate for call time at your facilities, because $3 feels like trash?

Wow I had no idea... is it three dollars more than your typical pay? How is that allowed? I believe in my city they have to pay overtime when you exceed 40 hours. Don't know if that's a rule though or just a policy.

Hi ,

I have 5 years of experience as a .NET Full stack developer. I am holding offer of 21 LPA and I had HR discussion with Mastercard.

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

HR is asking me to expect something on top of the current offer I am holding.

The opening is for L8. How much offer I should expect from mastercard??

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
