Our school has been using IM curriculum. We are struggling and our kids were failing last year in Geometry. I feel this curriculum is too much for them. Are any other schools experiencing this? If you have had success, any suggestions?

I see posts from HS Math teachers saying they don’t give HW — I’m not opposed to the the idea, but, please, HOW?! In my experience, kids’ independent practice makes a HUGE difference in their success: they work through confusion, check their answers, analyze errors, see different types of problems, ask questions, make connections, etc. If their only practice is guided, in class, how do they get ready for independent tests? I want to learn the waaays
