I am scheduled to fly from NYC to Mumbai via Paris next Wednesday (Jan 5) for a ~10 day trip. We’ve been looking at Aspen Snowmass mostly. Aspen itself seems to be too expensive but we found some affordable places in Basalt and El Jebel. Any tips from the group? What’s the best mountain to be on if our budget is 3500-4000ish/month, need space to WFH, want to be within 30min from slopes and be able to live our gay life?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft.
