Does anyone know what the salary range is for a Sr Advisor for someone with a Masters and over 10 years consulting experience and the subject matter expertise at Public Consulting Group?

I have 2 offers. 10.3 LPA fixed salary from EY GDS and 14 LPA fixed salary from Nielsen. Both are data scientist roles. Which is better in terms of quality of work, learning and growth, WLB, hikes and so on? My YOE is 4.

Now I have another offer for 10 LPA. Can I renegotiate my compensation with TCS and ask them to match the offer.
