How to be program manager?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Everyone here will tell you to boost your GRE and GMAT first and that serves as a good baseline for the schools with target/reach category first. Suggest taking a look at GMAT average using a GRE calculator and set yourself some school goals first. First diagnostic is always rough, plenty of room to rise from here.
Thanks D1!
URM will balance out low GPA, but that means you need to get GRE up though to 320’s (schools over look one weakness usually not 2) and then you can start to consider M7 and be in a good shot for T15 so long as you have a solid story. My advice is first to consider what you want from career opportunities, culture, learning style, and geographic location. identify the schools that meet those requirement and then lookup the average class profile and what your delta is from there. Take corrective action as able to fix the gap (this means improving work, volunteer, and test score). Also what type of consulting? Adcoms have different tiers how they rate consultants based on brand and work(eg risk assurance/boutique rates lower than T2/strategy.) getting yourself on those more strategic engagements or ones where your managing large implementation teams will look better.

With strong GMAT id say definitely a chance at M7. With good GMAT I think T15 is within reach. Good luck.
If you’re willing to wait a year to apply, I would recommend looking into Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) their MBAPrep program is very helpful for AA, latinx, and native prospective students. If you’re interested in applying this year, I would recommend looking at the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management they have pretty strong partnerships in the Top 15.
