You good? Blink twice if someone made you collaborate in SharePoint.
Former agency guy here, now client side. I finally get why clients like SharePoint. It actually makes my life so much easier in terms of version tracking, etc. Its not perfect but there's a reason why people use it.

Any Publicis owned agency uses it. Omnicom as well.

Same with Havas and IPG
WPP here. we use Teams for meetings and emails / calendar but all our decks and docs are on google drive (god bless google slides)
PPT isn’t bad for building decks together. Teams is pretty good at what it does. I don’t understand why people think any other platforms are that different.
PPT is terrible for building decks together. The lag is real if there are more than 10 people on it not to mention the ugly design of the app
Every large agency uses Microsoft.
my worst agency experience was using google suite with the slack combo. they were so cheap that we had to ask vendors to pull MRI research for us to use for decks.
It’s honestly more client dependent than it is agency. Within both IPG And WPP, I’ve had to transition from Google to Microsoft to Apple software on a daily/weekly basis. And god forbid you work with Amazon, who has their own suite of programs.
Zoom > Teams meetings
Slack > Teams chat
Gmail > Outlook
Slides or Keynote > PPT
… but the Microsoft suite pricing is better. So that’s what everyone uses.
We hire the design team at MerakiTheory.com to handle the PPT. 👍

Considering we used Skype at GroupM teams has been a lot better though still buggy, as all Microsoft products are lol

just wait till someone makes you use Adobe Express…
I don’t mind Teams… but PowerPoint is an enormous red flag. We used teams at the two Omnicom companies I worked for. It was fine.
