How long after final round big 4 interview for experienced hires do you usually hear back about an offer or rejection?

I have an interview coming up for Rev Strategy & Ops under Customer Solutions. This will be my 5th interview with Google, after things not working out for two other roles. I am so tired 😓 & with little confidence. The recruiters have all said I have had great feedback but it’s the cases get me. So many weekends have been spent prepping with the same result. Yet the recruiters continue to back me; placing me in the process for more roles. Just feel hopeless & like I’m letting good ppl down 😞

On a side note, had a bit of bad luck as I aimed at Strategy Consulting in the UK so rejected BCG Poland for it and failed in a final round to McK UK, but then A did not think I got enough experience for Strategy so I'm looking for a genuine advice on this. Recently I received an offer from MNC but a some what wierd clause is included if I get rejected in the client interview company will decide my further deployment and engagement. Quote : "For the employees who are not so selected by Client for the offers; we will discuss further deployments and engagements with the Company at that point of time." Please help me understand it.

What’s a “confirming interview” with Accenture Strat?

I had a phone interview yesterday morning and I self-sabotaged. I don't know why a freaking phone call with 3 people made me so nervous.

I’ve been asked to assist on a few very visible and very high stakes account meetings. The thing is, I’m no where near the most senior, but I am one of the only women. I’m in my head that I’ve only been asked as a ‘token’ so the project doesn’t look bad for being so male-heavy. How have other people 1) assessed if they were being tokenized, 2) gotten out of their own heads about it, &/or 3) found meaningful resolutions that promotes gender equity?

I know we’re all about diversity these days...but are LGBTQ creative directors a thing? I feel like there’s a lack of representation the higher up it gets...

Just got home from being COVID tested. Went to a school gymnasium. They space out patients well. I was the only patient, registered with 2 ppl behind a plastic screen. Walked all the way to the end of the basketball court to greet a nurse in a face shield. She swabbed both my nostrils and twirled it back in there for 15 seconds each which seemed like forever. It wasn’t too uncomfortable, it made me want to sneeze. Results in 5 days. Just as I left another patient came in.
