What’s a good position for an Account Manager on the client side?

I am negotiating an Engineer position in Ottawa. Is 90k a good starting point? I’ve checked Glassdoor, Indeed, and the PEO salary survey, but I want to have as much info as possible. Any pointers are appreciated!

Project Manager just told me that I could take Fridays off as long as the client does not ask. The reason given is it's a local project and you've been here for a year.

I have done my Bachelor's in Mechanical Engg and Masters in Industrial Management (Europe). I didn't do enough research on Visa extension before enrolling into the course and had to come back to India after studies.
Now in the job market my Masters is not considered and all the job calls are based on my Btech degree. Every time I have applied for Big4 or consultant opening the HRs response ends with a similar note ie we consider students with top B schools and hiring is only via campus

Which type of resume is good at job hunting for experienced apart from the skills only on the view perspective, plain and simple having all the details or using template with good looking colourful.

Thoughts
I was backend developer in previous company in finacle for 2 yearsy. Now I have switched to new company in teh migration project. Here tech stack is azure, big data, pyspark etc which I think it will take some time for me to learn and grow.
Should I go with big data or should I just drop this and try to find another job in development?

I had HR round discussion on last Saturday with Mphasis, they told me that they will release offer letter on Monday or Tuesday but today is Friday I didn't receive offer letter yet, only received selection mail from talent team on Wednesday.
My joining date in other organization is 13-sept.
