Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

What expenses are paid for? If housing I clicked and hours are good I'd do it if I was single
ACN ADP gig?
And make sure to get in writing that your salary will go back upon return!!!
Do it. Expat assignments look awesome
Why are they asking you to take a pay cut? When I lived overseas for a project, my housing was fully paid for (plus travel expenses if I had to go to other cities in Europe) and I got a monthly stipend for food and transportation. No change in my salary. So this sounds like a shitty deal to me...
Sounds shitty to me too. I worked in Europe for 6 years and depending on the country, its more expensive than the US.

Housing isn't included but they obviously pay for travel expenses 3-4 days per week
Not acn
I would take it if I didn't have ties to my home
I'd like it for the change of scene. Why not? Caveat is, it might be tough if you have family here
Am single so no immediate family
Would it push promotion back a year too? What's your savings rate like?
But living in Europe is good for you - the quality of life increase should be worth it.
