Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Hello Fishes - I have worked in Intel Corporation for a year but not as direct employee. It was my client location. My direct payroll was LNT Services. How can I take benefit of Intel Corporation as I was NOT a direct employee there. Can I mention in my resume. If yes, how and what to mention in my resume?

If you're wondering what your actual impact on sustainable development is as a sustainability consultant, have a look.
Main argument is that the entire ESG industry is not grounded in scientific boundaries and therefore doing more harm than good.

Usually I make the whole group fight to the death and give the role to the last man standing, but sometimes I just pick based on who wore the best shoes 🤷♂️

@bcg2: shoes is a pretty good idea. Sometimes I pick the one whose suit jacket has the same shade as mine
Honestly though it's not fair if we tell you and not others. All prep info should be entirely public if we want an ideal meritocracy.
Measure theory and Lebesgue integration, also probably a good idea to brush up on time dependent Markov processes
🐠 OP is asking about BCG, not Deloitte. Deloitte > CERN
My case requires you to examine an unusual client situation and make a recommendation on what we would recommend our client do and then defend it. Depending on your seniority, my specific questions vary as do my expectations for the quality of your answers.
In other words, I intentionally defy categorization because our clients’ problems often do as well.
Complex Analysis
Should probably throw in some Brownian Motion and algebraic topology.. just to be safe
BCG4, information asymmetry is the main source of competitive advantage. So your response doesn’t quite ring true
D1, sure, but there's a line where students who are more connected are advantaged against those who aren't. We need a process that doesn't rely on connections so that we get a hire pool that is maximally successful and diverse. It's not fair if B school buddies get a leg up over other candidates, for instance.

You guys are so cool. Thanks for the serious answers!
I'm not sure I follow. What do you mean? Ideally we want to hire the best people. If some applicants have an unfair edge, we might accidentally hire them instead of more deserving and more successful candidates.
BCG4, candidates who take the initiative to find out more are the ones likely to succeed. You are not necessarily looking for the “best people” You are looking for the ones with the most initiative. Usually initiative is what defines the typical consultants It’s not like you are being asked to share questions for tomorrow’s test.
This depends on what you think your interviews are screening for...
This thread sounds like Joker’s “ Now our operation is small, but there’s a lot of potential for aggressive expansion” special.
Sounds like these 3 are the most asked then. 🙏🏽
