POV: You've written, performed, and produced a song but don't have any audience. What would your next step be? Where would you release it? I don't expect it to be an overnight hit but I sure want a considerable amount of people to hear it! Hello Fishes, can somebody help me understand the pay range for Senior manager. In discussion with HR for SAP role. HR is not disclosing the pay range and giving only 10 percent hike.

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it.
