I have received an offer from Latoken. Everything is good, just have 2 concern points :

a) The salary will be paid in USDT which when converted will have 30% tax in India per the recent budget guideline.

b) Not coming from the tech background, so I am not sure about the underlying technology Latoken uses and its use case.

Can any tech guy, help me.understand and guide as to how should be my thought process and approach towards this offer ??

My dad who lives in Asia just announced that he had a medical issue. I’m starting to enter the age where I’m going to take care of him financially. Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. I've brought this up as graciously as possible with the orgs, but sometimes I feel I'm being guilted into taking on more work. Best etiquette in this situation? I don't want to leave the roles despite the overwhelm.

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. Am I stupid for staying or possibly leaving??
