My was mom grumbling while working on a flier for her non-profit job. I asked if she was ok. She angrily told me her boss had went into the file, redone her entire concept, and added more words. So I told her what I tell myself, “There’s always another way to say something.” I also said that my bosses change my work, too. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Huge delays in biometrics

The moment when you realise the colleague you work with does not do the research and know nothing about the industry at all and soo good at pushing the mistakes to the rest of the team.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
