Principals and Senior Principal in Infosys Consulting are having so much insecurities with new Senior Consultants joining from other firms. Project leads are biased towards old employees and there is lot of favoritism. Even they don't want to involve Senior Consultants in firm building activities thinking they climb up the ladder soon .I am stunned to see the culture where just be sweet on face but have devil mindset

Not going to mention the firm or the engagement but heard that a senior manipulated a PBC to agree to their work paper and was curious if this happens more often than I thought. Am I naive to be in shock about this?!

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards.
