Probably i am getting job in Fujitsu for network and security enginner, 9 years of exp and 14 LPA CTC.
I heard that Fujitsu is taking employee on pipeline and then ask them to find project once onboard. And being on bench is a risk as only 3 months to find project. Is it wise decision to joi Fujitsu? Please help

Any advice on shifting from association law to commercial real estate in FL?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

I made the switch to in house and omg it’s so slow. I knew it’d be a bit slower than agency but I accomplish less in a month than I used to in a day. Is this how all in house jobs are or has anyone found a faster pace in house gig?

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
