Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.

I would highlight any digital asset or website creation/management and meeting campaign launch deadlines.
You probably already have that, but it helps! Also showcasing you’ve worked on the other side of things and know how to be empathetic to humans while managing timelines for approvals.

Did you revise your resume to align with the job description? Hard to help without knowing what type of PM role you are transitioning to!
I would emphasize any experience you have managing creative people to deliver work, balancing multiple project priorities at the same time, building complex timelines, and any exposure you’ve had to non-video or photo deliverables or how you’d apply that knowledge to print, .com and digital/social projects. Also, be explicit that you won’t mind giving up the creation part of your role as you’d be limited in people asking you for creative direction or execution.
