Moving to atl- what are typical 1x1 rent prices?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Colorado has more days of sunshine than California. Denver is getting a large influx of residents from different states, including California, which is causing massive traffic and skyrocketing the cost of living. Do some research but definitely consider those things
I moved to Boulder four years ago from New York and will never ever move anywhere else. This place is just incredible.
^ right?!? I miss it ❤️
House Rent is slightly low compared to other metros. Cons : Dry area and not having good places to visit. Not many options for international travel.
Pros: standard of living is better than anywhere else I’ve lived. Beautiful city/state, you get to see mountains every day, mountains are easy to access and provide amazing activities for all 4 seasons, you actually HAVE four seasons, the weather is dry and sunny, and everyone seems generally happy and appreciative to be outdoors. Food, gas, things to do prices are normal. And sure, weed (if you’re into that).
Cons: like any other city, traffic and congestion are a pain. Housing prices are high (and rent is higher). The airport is seriously in the middle of nowhere. It’s a tough time zone for consulting travel (going to ET sucks). Sometimes weather is either too hot or too cold. Denver is not big enough to have a really good “international” feel, so sometimes food/culture/whatever choices are limited. Also, if you’re single, it’s basically a sausage fest right now...would be a pro if you’re female, or con if you’re male.
All in all, if I have my choice I’ll never leave. This place offers amazing options for most of what I could want in any given day/week/month....definitely worth the move!

Boulder is amazing - grew up in the suburbs 15 minutes out 😊 agree with what folks above are saying re: Denver. Great to live there too but prices are going way up and lots of folks are moving there. Still will be cheaper than Boston ofc and reasonable COL overall, but worth considering! It’s a mellower city than the ones you’ve lived in. Neighborhood is important in terms of culture.

BC1 15 minutes outside Boulder ... mind if I ask where? My bf is from Longmont.
3rd on Boulder. I’d move there in a heartbeat if I could.
Yep! Superior. Great neighborhood and schools. I went to Eldorado K-8 there then did high school in boulder, in case you have kids
