I know this was said half jokingly but fortunately this isn’t possible at PwC since we’re on a cohort system. Someone else on the same level as you in a city in the same tier will make the same money.

I swear, I don’t see why the other three haven’t had all their people leave for PwC by now. It’s obvious they’re the only firm that cares about keeping up with the times, to attract and retain talent.

I can beat you on that, I joined on 28th June, got a bump on July 1. So 3 days, Hadn't even finished orientation

Just following up and I am someone starting with PwC on Jan 10th, just got an email saying I do get the 5% raise! Soooo if you are starting and new, looks like we got it!
@A2 you will still get a raise, your A3C cohort will be get the 5% raise

I’m starting at PwC before the 15th! Does this mean I get the raise too! Huh huh !? Lol
BAH2 - it depends on when offer was made. More than likely they used the cohort numbers for 1/15 when making the offer. HR and Leadership knew this was coming and our systems would look at your effective date as well
Worth talking to your recruiter but wouldn't get your hopes up

My understanding was that S& US new joiners were getting $100k in June— does this mean they’re now getting $105k?
incoming A1 in July is $100k.
