I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months. Just how to put this on a resume to “sell” myself seems challenging.

Accepted an offer at a firm and then another firm I was initially interviewing offered me 15% more. I want to stay at the original firm I was offered due to the structure of it. Would it be bad if I let the recruiter know at the original firm about receiving another offer that is more and ask if they can give me a signing bonus or try to match it? I don’t want to risk getting my offer rescinded.. side note: I already negotiated the comp from the original firm for 10% more than they offered me

Midlevel Corp NYC big law. Received a mixed bag review during mid-year review. Even positive and negative. My reviews over the years have had peaks and valleys. Worried about consistency. Should I dip or at least start talking to recruiters?
