I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

I’m gonna cry. In consulting I’m told I’m too geeky and have poor soft skills. I just interviewed at a tech firm and they said I have perfect soft skills but I’m lagging on my tech.

I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. 3. Infobeans limited as lead consultant 33 + 1 lac variable pay.
4. Encora (in final round of interview)

I would like to know more about infobeans (WLB) as the interview process was average so I don't have much information about the client or team.
