Hi fishes! The hiring manager has asked me for salary expectations of B6 Data Analyst and my experience is 3.5 yrs with a CTC of 6.65. Considering I have to move to Bangalore l'm thinking of asking 13 or 14.. is it a big ask? If so, what do you think is a good ask? Please help. Thanks in advance :)

Word is that they’re fixing this and it’s a top priority this year but I’ll believe it when it’s official. Otherwise you have to leave — I’m sure you’ll make loads more wherever you go. 5 years at Amazon/AWS gives you ample of high paying opportunities.
It is possible - I really anticipate April being make or break for many people once PCS comes out
I doubt PCS will change anything

Time to bounce
yep, I think it's time
How does this work? Didn’t you know going in that you’d eventually stop getting your sign-on RSUs? Do your financials depend on them?
Sorry probably dumb questions, just new to the world of RSUs
This is why everyone leaves. Allegedly they're fixing it. I'll believe it when I see it
However, Amazon treats PCS as though TC went up. And even if stock is flat the entire 4 years, my TC should not drop drastically lmao, let’s be real here.
If stock goes up by 60k, your TC absolutely goes up by 60k, by definition. You’re thinking about TCT
They didn’t give you refreshers year 3?
16 for the refresher grant. I think part of the issue is I was promoted in year 2, so my year 4 comp was super high because I had my initial shares plus additional shares from promo.
Wait, see, and then leave if it doesn't work out. That's what I would do, anyway. Staying would be so incredibly demotivating at that point.
Rising Star
No because you got significant windfall in years 3 and 4. Your total comp has not changed or only gone up slightly since you joined.
