Question for those who recently switched between consulting firms: What were your top 3 reasons for leaving? How significant was the comp delta (absolute/relative)?

I am close to receiving an offer for an EA position. Would like a signing bonus. When/how do I ask? I don’t want to lose the job opportunity. It’s a great job.

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Any helpful advice?

Hi fishes, do qualifications like B.E, BCA or BSC decide the CTC?

Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.

I have no plans in leaving PA anytime soon but I figure maybe I should look into another certification that holds value and makes me more marketable compared to my peers. Appreciate any thoughts and advice.
