Quick poll: Remote, hybrid, or fully in the office? What's your IDEAL work setup?

I am full remote but go into the office once a month. I prefer a remote setup and being able to throw laundry in or make my own lunch during the day. I actually end up working more compared to when I was in office full time, so productivity is not an issue. To add- I have a legit home office, and not just a desk thrown in a guest bedroom. If I didn’t have a real home office idk if it would work as well.

100% agreed… I feel strongly that atty with less than 5 years of experience should really be in person

I am just now starting to do wfh once a week. I could never do fully remote. I get too comfortable. I focus better in the office and face time makes everything much more convenient.

Prob 3-4 days a week in office. 1-2 wfh.

Hybrid.

No one speaking to me ever is ideal. All about fully remote life

Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.
Thoughts and feedback on not giving notice or reducing the typical two weeks?
Thank you!

What’s a good LA or NY business litigation firm and salary to expect? In house or M&A/Real Estate Transactional are likely the end goal but want to get the litigation out of me first.
