Quiet firing is rough enough as an FTE—add in contractor status and it’s a whole other level of uncertainty. Curious if anyone’s found a way to keep that line of communication open without making it awkward?

It’s happened to me once. I ended up rolling off a contract. Tbf, it just wasn’t a good fit for me, and it was in a very specialist niche area I wasn’t knowledgeable enough in.

Hi All,
Good day!

I'm planning to search for a job in foreign countries but I have some questions in my mind...
1. What would be my minimum salary
Please be noted that I'm spending 1.5L -1.8L pm for my family expenditures (family of 2) with the similar way of expenditure how much should I earn?
2. Which country would provide better opportunities to Bigdata Engineer?
3. Is it better to stay in India with 21LPA or should I consider relocation to other countries?

Thanks in Advance!!

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.
