Salesforce only gives RSU to manager or above, which is typically about 6 YOE or more. Without knowing your exact level it’s hard to say if the base is too low. Bonus is non negotiable

In the past salesforce paid higher base than other tech companies to make up for low RSU. However, other firms have basically caught up and are paying the same base. Salesforce is rethinking their comp strategy for this reason but realistically it’ll probably be a few years before anything changes.
It also really depends. I’m compensated well for my manager level role but I had leverage in negotiations. I’m also here because I like the culture, mission, and WLB.
And, FAANG is really an outlier. Lots of ‘tier 2’ tech firms pay basically the same as salesforce
Low, you should expect around 150K-180K in total comp for sales strategy & ops in tech with 2-4 years of exp

I have interviewed for SSO and from a conversation with a friend in the group, this is in line for Sr Analyst
So basically there’s no point in pursuing, right? I’ll be taking a pay cut…
