Hi Fishes, I am bit confused to pick the role in KPMG lighthouse as Sr Cloud Data architect or Saama technology as a Project lead. Money wise it is not a big difference. In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

Those type of meetings are one of the joys of working a job where you encounter different people all the time. If I worked in an office and saw the same people all day it might drive me crazy. I like people coming and going and all the little conversations you can get into.

Absolutely agree. The variety keeps things fresh, and those small, spontaneous conversations can be the best part of the day. It’s the constant mix of people that makes the job feel alive and never boring.
The day is a lot easier when you remember the humanity part of the job. I’ve had a lot of great interactions just by being personable.
