I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Thank you for asking this. Step 1 for me is purchasing small glass Tupperware containers and a reusable grocery bag if you don’t have one. I have gone from buying everything and going out to loving prepping my own food!
Some easy meals for me to prep without always being 100% healthy (I’m a fitness coach): Stewed cabbage and bratwurst, nachos (put the “salad” in a separate container from meat & cheese), pre-made salad, Stouffer’s lasagna, and soup!
I also have smaller glass containers to divide up some fruit and pick a weekly breakfast item, either bagels, granola bars, or danishes. Then I do a form of whatever snack I know I will eat (what’s the point of buying healthy if you know you won’t eat it): dark chocolate covered almonds (OBSESSED with Durham’s Dark chocolate macaroon flavor), Mauna Loa macadamias, or Cape Cod salt & pepper chips! I learned some foods I really love where the vending machine does not even appeal to me anymore. Healthy doesn’t have to be yucky.
Oh and on weeks I have coaching every day after work, MINI Cliff bars (white chocolate) ☺️ and an electrolyte pack. My fav is LMNT. This week I went all out and bought a box of canned LMNT, so I feel rich lol. U hope this helps; I love coaching so I can’t wait to hear which ones you try.

I love these recommendations, and I’m definitely gonna share them with my husband! DoorDash has become his best friend when he’s on the clock and we really need to cut down that expense 😅
What is eating during your shift? Lol
I always packed a lunch with quick snacks that contain protein. Drank a lot of water.
I agree those snacks do help out a lot. I have time to take a bite in between lights, showers and whatever else goes on. So I get small bite size snacks.
1. Ready on the go protein shakes I buy them in Costco and get different flavors every time.
2. Berries religiously I pack them in a ziplock bag and they fit in any drawer they taste so good when I put one in my mouth
3.Smuckers sandwiches
4. Grains and nuts
5.Cottage cheese small containers
6. Cut up fruits and veggies

The protein shakes are genius, not sure why I’ve never thought of that! I do like to keep fruits and veggies & cheese at all times!
Thank for your input!🙂
