Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Pretty clear that he’s at the top of the totem pole — so closest equivalent would be Deloitte analyst

In season 1 he’s honestly more like an MD since he’s their Creative Director, but doesn’t yet have an equity stake.
He would be a multimillionaire, even with the child support. He gets like $500K when SC gets sold to Putnam, and that’s worth about $4MM today. He makes quite a bit more when SC&P is sold to McCann, and pays Megan $1MM in the divorce settlement - that’s like $8MM today.
I’m not sure what his distributions would be, but he was rich as hell.
The ascent of Pete (love him or hate him) is remarkable and also is reflective of the value of relationships on getting ahead.

D1, without spoiling it, I’d say Bojack is a good successor in that its protagonist is a depressed antihero who alienates everyone around him because he can’t process his own trauma and continually fails to get out of his own head.
Stylistically and tonally it’s quite different, but it deals with many of the same themes of anxiety, depression, nihilism, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and the like.
In today's world, independent agencies like Sterling cooper would be bought up by the large holding companies in a second. Even the big company nemesis of the series, Mcann Erickson, is now owned by the Interpublic conglomerate.

Firm ownership and deals are a major plot point in the show.

When he was a partner, I’m going to go on a limb and say he was equivalent of partner

Quite a bold assumption to make. I’d check your reasoning skills 🙄
