How is Deloitte with filing for GC? My current employer just started my i-140 process and I’m coming in as an experienced hire Consultant. I was told they will start the process after a year but not stated in my offer. I have 3.5 years left on my H1-B. Is it risky join Deloitte for something with visa requirements? TIA

not really, just apply. T2 is a pay raise, B4 is a pay cut. T2 will downlevel, B4 will bump you or at least match. imo B4 isn't worth leaving to and the work probably won't be more interesting anyways. Even some T2 might not be a significant enough pay bump if at all to be worth leaving for (e.g. Accenture or Deloitte Strategy, even EYP to some extent). That really leaves you with S&, OW, LEK, and K. I'm assuming K will be hard to get to because they might not be LS focused at all but idk.
Two big four firms but my title can give away what those two could be. Received offers from both of them after Zs and they both were higher.
