Received an offer for an internal ops role (fully remote) at $165k with 6% target bonus, currently at B4 at $175k (after most recent cycle, $165k before) with a 5.25% actual bonus (~$8.6k). About 2.5 years as Manager. 7 YOE

Trying to outweigh the pros/cons of a more “easy” internal role with a slight paycut. Would love any insights!
