Congrats on your offer. I think those RSUs should be at least 25k annually (100k to vest over 4 years)
I’d counter at 200 base and 25k RSU/year, but they did technically meet your ask.
I would leave bonus out of your total comp calc unless it’s guaranteed. Large companies tend to massage the numbers to make bonus payouts optimal for their balance sheet, not yours.
Maybe 175 base, and push equity to 25 per year

If your current TC is 205k you should ask for 250k
Are you in MBB or tier2 strategy? I would reneg higher base and RSUs for sure. If you’re from a no name boutique, it’s harder to push back
