Received an offer for Manager role at Salesforce in one of their global strategy groups. During my initial conversation with the recruiter I mentioned my compensation expectations to be above $200k (current TC ~$205k) and they said they could get there. Offer came in at $160k base, 15% bonus, and $10k annual RSU for 4 years. Any advice on what parts of the offer would be most flexible (base, bonus,RSU,sign-on,other)/what a good counter would be? Would countering at $200k base be unreasonable?

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue??
