Recently completed all rounds of interviews for an experienced hire position at EY. Was told by the recruiter that positive feedback was shared about my candidacy and was asked to fill out a background check. Still waiting on verbal/written offer and salary negotiations. Is this normal? I'm used to an offer before filling out any background checks.

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round... Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

14 YoE (12 in U.K. & Europe + 2 in KSA). All with ACN. Retail Banking Delivery E2E, Neo-Banks/Digital, M&A and Integrations. If anyone has suitable SM or above openings let me know, happy to share CV. In Riyadh but willing to relocate within KSA, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar etc.

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?
