Which Big 4 is best by work wise.
So I just recently passed my CPA exams and I’m now looking for new opportunities. I’m hoping to work at a big 4 firm in tax and possibly connect with anyone working there right now. Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.
I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

Which "better" title do you mean? Is being manager at your current job? It's never bad to think of your growth and career. If you don't do it, who will? It’s totally fair to ask for a title that reflects your actual growth! A friend of mine did just that, she politely let the new company know she was about to be promoted and asked if the role could reflect that. They appreciated the honesty and bumped her to “Lead.” It never hurts to advocate for yourself kindly.
Got it, I would definitely negotiate then and see which one is best for you. You have something already now, it's trying to find something better/
tbh should have been communicated earlier but it's worth a shot
I’ve made this mistake
Stay at big4 if they’re offering you a manager title
Leave the next year for a manager role for more money
What job were they hiring for?
SA
Did you know about this title move during the hiring process? I believe you should have mentioned earlier in the process but hey, better now than after you start. If you’re on the cusp of making manager you’ve earned the right to bring it up. Just be clear that it’s not about ego, it’s about reflecting your level and setting the right foundation.
Yes, I did. I brought it up and I was told that you don’t currently have the title.
