Recently I got a hike from 17.4 to 22 LPA to be applicable from July.
I was in the interview process of Deloitte India while this happened.
Deloitte is offering me 26 fixed. Is it a good idea to switch for just 4 lakhs ?
I asked for 28.5, which they are not agreeing and the HR says the partner would like to talk to you bla bla.

When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

Is it advisable to move frm India external audit to Deloitte US audit (AERS)? How different is it.
