Recently I was interviewed by Infosys for 5 five-year technical lead role after my managerial round I received an mail "Based on your interview with us, we regret to inform you that there appears to be a mismatch in competencies and expectations of the role vis-a-vis what our panelists were able to ascertain through the interview process."Today in the morning I received a call from Infosys asking to upload doc on portal but, I found no option to upload not sure what is happening can anyone help

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company. He wants to sue for equity and wants to pay me with whatever equity he wins. I’ve never done a deal like that. Is that even enforceable? CA law. The startup is actually quite promising.
