Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA

What do you want to be paid? That’s the important question. Use the link above, or this one (http://www.mtscastlerock.com/calc/index.php) which can brake down payment by hour/day/month and figure out your rates.
Your retainer should be your overhead (any software you need for the client) then take a vig of the spend (normally around 8% unless you have massive clients already). Do a minimum of 25k/channel/month and only work with clients who have at least series A fundraising.
