For me what worked was to eat more salads (spinach and LC veggies) and more sides of broccoli/cauliflower.

Aside from what people have already said, make sure you’re getting enough salt and water. It’s too easy to get dehydrated on keto.
Agree with SPM1 - dark leaf salads (spinach, spring mix etc.) are good. I also take a fiber supplement, but you definitely have to drink a lot of water or it could make it worse.
I also find that adding more fat like mct oil helps things move along better!
Yeah I take fiber supplement and drink some carrot juice.
If you track your macros I’d recommend getting at least 35g of fiber per day.
Warm water with lemon juice in the morning. TRUST.

Gallon of water a day. It will take a few days to kick in but once it does you’ll have no problems
Just remembered: magnesium helps as well. Spinach or supplements. Just be careful about how much and when you take it. 😳
