Got a job offer at Deloitte for manager level. Looking for a summary of benefits. I know 401k match but is there a waiting period, do you have something like pwc’s wealth builder. What is parental leave? What is the phone benefit? (Pwc subsidizes phone and pays plan). Health insurance I assume is crap but who is it through? Any random benefits that stick out to you that other firms might not have?

Area 23 is looking to hire writers. Maybe you’ll want to be one of them. I spent the better part of a year wondering if I should be one of them. I didn’t know if I wanted to work in healthcare. Or, if I did, what kind of work could even make it worth it. Seven years (and plenty of trophies) later, I haven’t left. Being here isn’t about the awards, or the projects, or the talent around you. It’s about finding your people. Maybe you’ll find your people here, too. Reach out to find out.

Between the entitled clients, all of the fringe benefits being cut (expensing meals, nice hotels when traveling, etc), losing the actual benefits (PTO and bonuses), and nonexistent or minimal pay hikes, why are you still at a B4? Weren’t these things part of the reason you signed? Even if you don’t want to leave PA, why not go to a mid-tier firm, make a lot more money, and have mid-tier clients?

Hello, I've been a Recruiter for 12 years and my current employer was bought by another Recruiting firm. I don't like the new firms structure and the health benefits are very very expensive. Is there any tips on how to adjust my resume to be more attractive for corporate recruiting roles? Also, I'm currently going through cancer treatments and need one day off every three week until August. Would this be unattractive to a new employer?
