Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

90k for fdd is low for senior. What city is this?
I think it's due to the firm size. Both in MCOL city
MM accounting advisory and then hop over to fdd at a different or bigger firm.
Senior position with no FDD experience can be challenging. You leverage skills learned in audit and industry, but it is different work. Agree $90 for Senior is low.
Agree as well. Pretty familiar with the work done in FDD (QOE, WC analysis, debt analysis) and used cases to get better at excel. It's still accounting and I have been interested for a while but 90k is what's making me think twice.
I made 88k as a first year senior way back in 2019.. I imagine this is more of a local CPA firm?
