Regional FDD (90k) vs MM Accounting Advisory(120k)?

Exp: 2 years B4 audit and 1 year FRP

Both senior positions, but this has been the only FDD offer I have received in the past year of recruiting.

In Intl tax, receiving recruiting offers for all remote work at the manager level. However, I am about to get promoted. Only concern is if I don’t jump soon, I’ll be stuck at the big 4. Any thoughts? Should I entertain?

Anyone jumped from B4 to another B4? Where did you go? What was your reasoning? Any regrets? How did the original B4 react?
