Currently making $75k, which is very low compared to my counterparts. However, in February I’m supposed to get a salary adjustment with my yearly review. I got a job offer for $120k-150k which I turned down cuz I want to stay at Adobe.

How/when do I use this to leverage a good salary adjustment in Feb?

What is decent package for 10 yrs exp .

What’s a good salary range in the dmv area for someone with 2 YOE in analytics and a TS/SCI w/ poly?
